Car details

If you’ve got more than one car to insure, start with a quote for your first car. When you reach the end of the quote, click ‘add a policy’ to insure your next vehicle.

We'll use it to look up the make and model for you.
If you don't know your car registration, no problem - just enter your car details. But we'll need it before you buy your policy.
Has your car been modified?
A modification is a change that's been made to your car after it was manufactured, either by you or a previous owner. It includes things like spoliers, tinted windows, alloys, roof bars and parking sensors.
It's okay if you can't remember the exact date, you can guess to the nearest month. You can also find the date on your V5C document.
Don't worry if you haven't bought your car yet, we can still get you a quote.
What's the approximate market value of your car? Type a number with no symbols, e.g. 5000.
If you had to replace your car with one of the exact same make, model and age, how much would it cost to replace it? We won’t pay more than it's worth at the time of your claim.

Let us know to the nearest 1,000 miles. You only need to give us an estimate. Think about your commute, school runs, and any other journeys you may take.
Who’s this car registered to?
The registered keeper is the person named on the DVLA V5C document when the policy starts.
A V5C document registers a car to the driver and to the DVLA. It contains essential information about your car as well as who the registered keeper is. The front page of a V5C is red with blue stripes and has an information section in yellow.
Your policy can start on the day you get your car, the date your insurance runs out or when you leave your current provider. Remember, you can’t drive or even park on a public road without insurance, so make sure you’re covered.
