You'll receive your renewal documents in the post 21 days before your current cover ends.
If you're set up for automatic renewal and you're happy with the cover outlined, we'll automatically renew your policy and send you the new documents.
Payment will be taken in seven days after renewal using your existing details.
Your policy will expire on the date shown on your renewal invite, unless you tell us you want to renew.
If you'd like to make changes to your policy before renewing or if you wish to opt out of automatic renewal, our Customer Service team can help you.

Driving less because of lockdown?
Many customers are driving their cars less because of lockdown. Your insurance
premium is partially based on estimated mileage, so if you’re not on the road as much,
you may be due a refund.
Please note: If you have a DriveXpert telematics policy, you don't need to do
anything. We'll refund you for any reduced mileage during the Coronavirus lockdown.
