If you have a road traffic accident in your car that isn’t your fault, you or another authorised driver can claim from the person who caused the accident.
We will provide up to £100,000 to cover legal costs to help you claim, where no other insurance policy will cover your losses, as long as the chance that your claim will succeed is more than 50%.
Examples of what you could claim for include compensation for personal injury, loss of earnings and accident repair costs if you don’t have comprehensive cover.
Get a hire car if yours is damaged as a result of an accident or fire, or is stolen and not recovered.
Choose to protect your earned No Claim Discount after four years without claiming.
Your No Claim Discount won’t be affected by one claim made in your current period of cover, or by two claims made in the three preceding years of insurance. However, if you do exceed the number of claims allowed you’ll no longer be eligible for No Claim Discount.
